- Define our Purpose

Let’s ask ourselves why this goal is important to us. What will achieving this goal allow us to do or become? Connecting our goals to our deeper purpose and values will make us much more invested in seeing them through.

– Specific – our goal should be clear and well-defined, not vague.
-Measurable – we need to be able to track our progress and know when we have achieved the goal.

By following the SMART framework, we will create goals that are much more likely to be accomplished.
