“Las Vegas has been amazing for me,” Usher said at a crowded news conference on Thursday. He was wearing a long black leather jacket, black gloves, and dark sunglasses.

“Having 100 sold-out shows at a residency and to have the next one be the crescendo, which will be the Super Bowl with Apple, is really giving my time here in Las Vegas an incredible button at the end.”

Having made a stunning aerial entrance during a cameo in 2011 while the Black Eyed Peas were headlining, Usher is no stranger to the halftime show stage. However, the moment he battled to break free from the harness that had brought him down to the stage is ingrained in his memory from that evening, and he is hoping Sunday’s performance would proceed a bit more easily.

“I nearly missed my first mark when my hand got tangled in the wire hanging me thirty feet in the air. “Oh my God, please don’t let this glitch cause me to miss something,” he exclaimed.

“However, feeling the atmosphere and being in front of so many people felt incredible afterwards. To the extent that it truly inspired me to finally seize this opportunity.”

At the age of sixteen, Usher Raymond IV made his debut with his debut album in 1994. “Coming Home,” his ninth album, is released this Friday. The 45-year-old claimed to be the sole independent performer to ever play the lead role in the event, which is supported by the massive tech company Apple.

He laughed and remarked, “It has definitely been a challenge to squeeze 30 years of music into 13 minutes.”

“I was very mindful of my past, celebrating my present here in Las Vegas, and thinking about where we’re headed in the future.”

Usher stated he might not be done with Sin City just yet, despite the fact that his North American tour begins in August. His residency brought Atlanta culture to Las Vegas.

“I see more opportunities for construction here in Las Vegas in the upcoming years. I adore this city,” he declared.

Throughout a news conference that at times paralleled a motivational speech, Usher emphasized the value of “putting in the work” and having confidence in oneself.

He answered, “You get out what you put in.”

“The fact that Michael Jackson was a diligent worker and an artist has inspired me.” inspired by sportsmen such as Michael Jordan, who shown a strong commitment to his craft and talent.

“He became a legend after receiving attention, and I’ve always aspired to be like that. so perhaps in the future I would be seen in the same light as those individuals.”
