According to Nielsen data, Netflix series ruled the overall streaming rankings in 2023, with the legal drama “Suits” unseating “The Office” as the most streamed show ever.
“Suits” garnered 57.7 billion viewing minutes in 2023 as a result of its availability on Peacock, a Comcast property, as well as Netflix. According to the research, “The Office” produced 57.1 billion viewing minutes in 2020 during lockdowns brought on by the pandemic.

Other popular shows that were streamed last year were “The Big Bang Theory,” “NCIS,” “Bluey,” and “Grey’s Anatomy.”
Twenty-one million hours of video were streamed by Americans in 2023—a 21% increase over the previous year—as streaming companies continued to invest billions of dollars in fresh and licensed material to keep users glued to their platforms.
Widely watched shows were those on Peacock, Disney+, Paramount+, and Warner Bros. Discovery’s Max.
