Nicola Coughlan, the famous American actress that played Penelope Featherton in Bridgerton, wants her nudes to really be shown.
The actress, in an interview with Stylist, explains this after her nudity scene in its Season 3 took lead in the trending discussion of the movie, on Thursday. She said that nudity scenes are necessary to bring a love scene to life and this was why she specifically requested it to add life to the romance.
“I particularly requested for sure strains and moments to be included,” she defined. “There’s one scene where I am very bare on digicam, and that was my thought, my selection.”
The 37-year-old performs as Penelope Featherton within the Netflix sequence.
