The 77th British Academy Film Awards, more commonly known as the BAFTAs, were held on 18 February 2024, honouring the best national and foreign films of 2023, at the Royal Festival Hall within London’s Southbank Centre.
Doctor Who alum David Tennant hosted the 2024 EE BAFTA Film Awards on Sunday at the Royal Festival Hall in London. The awards show, considered the U.K. equivalent of the Oscars, is airing live in the U.S. via BritBox International on a tape delay.

Like with this year’s Oscar nominations, Oppenheimer led with the most nods, 13 total. It won seven of those categories. Poor Things followed with 11 nominations, winning five BAFTAs.
