For the event, Tyla collaborated with Balmain to create a one-of-a-kind gown made entirely of sand, sculpted to fit her body using an impressive appliqué method.
The strapless dress, designed by Balmain’s creative director Olivier Rousteing, featured sand and micro crystal studs pressed directly onto fabric shaped by a plaster cast of Tyla’s own bodice.
